All sales are final. Return requests for damaged items are accepted within 5 calendar days immediately following delivery. The delivery date is based on data provided by the shipping carrier.
Items with obvious signs of use are not eligible for refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact customer support before returning any item to us. We do not recommend returning your purchase to the manufacturer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event your order arrived damaged, a credit will be provided for use on a future order.
If an item is returned in error, we will gladly return the item to you if you contact us within 15 calendar days to advise us of the error. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item to you.
If you are shipping an item over $5, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. However, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will update you via email of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days to the original method of payment.
Processing times vary. It may take up to 10 business days to receive a refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund and it's been longer than 10 business days since we informed you of the refund, we recommend the following:
- For debit cards please check your bank account again.
- For credit cards please contact the card issuer to inquire if they have a record of the refund transaction.
Refund processing times vary based on the financial institution as well as the method of payment. Your card issuer/financial institution can provide the most accurate information regarding processing time. We process refunds within1-2 business days for eligible items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will replace items that are defective or damaged. In the event your item is eligible for exchange, but the item is out of stock we will provide a refund to the original method of payment. Please contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your order for an exchange. When applicable we will provide a return shipping label for your item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be electronically mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves rather than you, we will refund the original method of payment. Please look for the subject line "Your Order from Bella You Inc. Is One The Way!"
Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed. There are some exceptions such as expedited delivery services purchased via UPS or DHL. Depending on the shipping destination, the time it takes for your order to reach you may vary. In general, most orders arrive within 1-4 business days. We provide a tracking number for all orders. Please check your email for your tracking number.
