Return Policy

Returns 
Return requests are accepted within 5 calendar days immediately following delivery. The delivery date is based on information obtained from the carrier. If more than 5 calendar days have passed since your purchase arrived we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

Items with obvious signs of use are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund. 

Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery without a return tracking number may not be eligible for a refund.

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event your order arrived damaged, shipping costs will be applied as a credit on a future order. 

If an item is returned in error, we will gladly return the item to you if you contact us within 15 calendar days to advise us of the error. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item to you.  

If you are shipping an item over $5, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. However, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and provide an order status. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Posting times vary and it may take some time before your refund is posted to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received your refund and its been longer than 10 business days since we informed you of the refund we recommend the following:

  • For debit cards please check your bank account again.
  • For credit cards please contact the card issuer to inquire if they have a record of the refund transaction.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted because posting times vary. Your card issuer can provide the most accurate information regarding processing time before a refund is posted. If you have taken the recommended steps and your refund is not posted, please contact us at orders@bellayouinc.com for further assistance. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event your item is eligible for exchange but the item is out of stock we will provide a refund to the original method of payment. If you need to exchange your order please send us an email at orders@bellayouinc.com within 5 days of delivery. When applicable we will email you a return shipping label for your exchange.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be electronically mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the method of payment provided by the purchaser. 

Shipping
Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed. There are some exceptions such as expedited delivery services purchased via UPS or DHL. Depending on the shipping destination, the time it takes for your order to reach you may vary. In general most orders arrive within 1-4 business days. Please check your email for your tracking number.
